Before submitting your application, please check that all documentation is accurate and all forms have been signed, and be sure to make copies for yourself. Use our graduate application checklist to make sure your packet is complete. Documents that you submit related to your application for admission will not returned.
Place all materials in a large envelope and print your name, return address and the program and semester of entry for which you are applying in the upper left-hand corner.
